Live, not monthly
Every court booking with a student on it appears the moment it is made, with the court, the hour and who played.
LRM-FLOW is the system the club and Les Roches share for student court bookings. The university sees every booking as it happens, the monthly invoice is built from those very lines, and each student has their own page. No voucher books, no reconciliation months later.
Every court booking with a student on it appears the moment it is made, with the court, the hour and who played.
The invoice comes out of the same lines the university has been watching all month. Nothing is typed twice.
Students sign in with their university email and see their own sessions, and that the club charged them nothing.
Each line carries its voucher number or the written reason it has none. What cannot be justified is not invoiced.
Les Roches sends the list of students in force for the semester. Only those on it can book at student terms.
They book as any member does. The slot is theirs and it costs them nothing; the booking holder fills the court.
Bookings show up live. Anything that looks wrong can be raised the same week, not four months later.
A few days to review, then the invoice is issued from the same lines, with its detail attached.
